Yet this small worm is amazing.
A marvel of intricate design
perfectly fulfilling its role
in this beautiful, luminous,
    intricate, interlacing,
    ecosystem… that mystifies.
    The cynic tends to be droll;
   deny any thoughts numinous.

Yet life must grow and multiply,
as it is not otherwise made.
Origen is nothing short of
what has to be, unique… miraculous.
    To observe this, to infer a “why?”
    is not a granted thing to take.
    When beauty and mystery and love,
    are so clearly oraculous.

Certainly, because.
…and not with no reason.
Purpose and design;
beauty and meaning.
