X Files Season 2 (30 Year Rewatch)

Season is where The X Files really becomes the X Files. As with season 1, my overall rating dipped slightly, but it still gets a high mark. Episodes like “The Host” and “Irresistable” are some of the scariest of the series. However, “Die Hand die verletzt” remains my favorite. Even the weakest of the season: “3” and “Fearful Symmetry” are explorations of ideas I find interesting, so they get a pass from me. My son, when asked for his favorite of the season was hard-pressed to pick one. They are all mostly good. “Humbug,” of course is another one he pointed out.
