2022 in Film

As is the case the past several years, I have not watched nearly enough movies to give a good list of my favorites. I am sure in a few years my list will change. For now, most of the 37 films I saw from 2022 are just 3-star movies. A mere 6 get better than average ratings in my estimation. Here is what I have:
