I once had a neighbor named Pratt
Who hated the guts of all cats
He got the whole city
To ban every kitty
Only then we discovered in fact…

He was a cat…

But wore a hat…

So, no one noticed
Or had the remotest
Inkling of his plan
To pose as a man

And rid the world of every other cat
