Osculate

it may be quite abstract
invariant planes and circles
the algebra where curves meet

in that magic moment
a whole lifetime is encompassed
promise sealed before the world

before time; creation
hopes and dreams quite recklessly bet
a leap into the unknown

the test is devotion
and only in very last breath
is that kiss consummated
