The Search

Dream of utter happiness
Waking in complete sadness.
Could it be that I've only fallen in despair
And asleep, my sadness is only a nightmare?
Or will I never wake to find
My dream was reality
Not just a trick of my mind!

But the righteous man cries out:
Lord, I seek Your face,
Your life, and Your grace!

And the Spirit, and the Bride
Say come as you are.
And let him who hears
Say come, who so ever desires
And drink the Water
The Water of Life!
